3. If the dealer has Queen high or better, the player must beat the dealer to win. If the player wins, they receive a payout on both their Ante and Play bets. If they lose, the dealer takes both bets.
4. The hand rankings in 3 Card Poker follow the same order as in traditional poker, except that only three cards, are used, and a straight is ranked higher than a flush. The highest-ranking hands are a little royal flush (AKQ) and a straight flush, followed by three-of-a-kind, straight, flush, pair, and high card.
5.  If the highest card in the player’s hand and the dealer’s hand are the same, the tie is broken by the second-highest card, and then the third-highest card. If the player’s hand and the dealer’s hand are the same, the bets are a push and the player ties.

The Cards

A standard pack of 52 playing cards (sometimes with the addition of one or two Jokers) is used for play, but in professional play and casinos, two packs of different colours are used to speed up play: one for the current game and one shuffled and prepared for the next hand. A deck is always on deck, so to speak. In casinos and professional play, it’s customary to change cards often, replacing both packs at the same time. The seal and cellophane wrap on new decks are broken in front of all the players. Poker rules allow for a player to call for a new deck of cards at any time after active play has been completed.

High Card 

This combination consists of three cards with no particular pattern, and the winner is determined by the highest card value.
